1. - When pressing the power button on the nexus device while having one of your apps running should put the all in standby until the screen is unlocked again but instead your app continue to run in the background (which can be heard very loud and clear ;-) - The music and bugs app fail to remember chosen option for "close video by" and has to be set every time the app is started.

2. I have four of your apps (wildlife, music, bugs, vehicles) and none of them function correctly in terms of: - when clicking the android recent apps soft key (going to a different app and then return to the video touch app) it fails to function again and has to be restarted.

Kids tend to touch the soft keys all the time hence disrupting the ongoing video clip.Thanks my 19 month old loves this app.Have banned the phone for awhile as this is too popularThe same "download failed" error.Despite successful installation, I get the message 'Download failed because the resources could not be found' when I start the app.

4. Also not designed properly for large files (should be small app in main memory with large files stored on my 64gb sd) so always running out of memory.Hello you, Could you please fix so your video touch apps work properly with nexus 5.

5. Can't seem to find the wildlife one, though.I purchased all their sound and video touch apps.

6. My son is speech delayed and loves this app so I always want to have the speech option enabled, but you could spend a lifetime going into each and every screen setting this option over and over and the options just don't stick.

1. Fix Video Touch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Touch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Touch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Touch" » Open Video Touch - Vehicles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Touch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Touch - Vehicles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Touch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Touch - Vehicles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Touch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Touch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Touch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Touch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Touch not working

2. Fix Video Touch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Touch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Touch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Touch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
