1. And what's with the 30 second video adds after exiting every video?! Even if you just clicked on it by accident! How is a toddler supposed to understand that he has to wait 30 seconds each time? And then how will he know to click the tiny little X in the corner to dismiss the ad? Stupid.This would be a great app but it has unnecessary permissions; "automatically start at boot", "set wallpaper" and "modify global system settings".

2. With this app I was able to purchase all bob zoom videos for $5 and download to forever view on the go or at home from our phone or tablet! The lock feature and playlist are great for the kids.I love this appI love this appnice workApp connects to Chromecast but videos don't play.

3. Those permissions are not needed!! This app runs in the bqckground, even if you're not using it and when I force it to stop, the service it is running says "push service".

4. Netflix removed bob zoom and we found them on YouTube but load times, required Internet, and ads were an inconvenience.

5. My son loved bob zoom as a baby when we 1st watched it on Netflix.

6. This app only has videos to download and watch.

7. Again, unnecessary and intrusive!!!Not good.

1. Fix Bob Zoom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bob Zoom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bob Zoom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bob Zoom" » Open Bob Zoom - Videos, games and b » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bob Zoom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bob Zoom - Videos, games and b app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bob Zoom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bob Zoom - Videos, games and b" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bob Zoom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bob Zoom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bob Zoom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bob Zoom then reinstall.
