Its a little frustrating.This game is good ,I hope they used authorised camera images or videos with all kinds of legal permissions in these applications to guide and teach visual encyclopaedia for the children.Fantastic game for learning for kids 😀😀This app does not work anymore.Our kids love itWe will get their soundsI LOVE ANIMALS 💖This is my favorite app for kids! This has helped my kids learn about animals, and is a fun tool to help my four year old with speech therapy! We have used it for 6 years and have never had any problems with it, and I have always used a Samsung Galaxy.

2. I would love to have one that shows dinosaurs.My daughter loves it, and as of this weekend it won't open with out crashing.

1. Fix Video Touch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Touch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Touch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Touch" » Open Video Touch - Animals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Touch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Touch - Animals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Touch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Touch - Animals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Touch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Touch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Touch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Touch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Touch not working

2. Fix Video Touch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Touch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Touch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Touch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
