1. Bought a new phone with Android 7.1 this app will not even let you add a device anymore! This app needs serious work done when it did work on my old phone every so often it would go from English to Chinese no way of changing it back come on guys fix this app it work great for long time!App works great for only a few days then the file folders change to Chinese and the camera won't load.

Then again Same process install and configure it again it will start working..Keeps crashing, shouldn't be even availableworked ok for a week or so then would not open .. uninstalled .Not working in the redmi note 7 pro Force closedNot even opening It frustratingdo not install app does not work at all.

3. I've re-installed and the problem persists.Aft er installing it work for some time then after some hour laungage change automatically to any other language and app Stop working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix vMEyeIPC Issues

1. Fix vMEyeIPC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart vMEyeIPC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the vMEyeIPC App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "vMEyeIPC" » Open vMEyeIPC » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for vMEyeIPC » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear vMEyeIPC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from vMEyeIPC servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "vMEyeIPC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check vMEyeIPC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, vMEyeIPC might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall vMEyeIPC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall vMEyeIPC then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing vMEyeIPC not working


2. Fix vMEyeIPC Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make vMEyeIPC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
