1. When you "create" by entering it twice, if you merely enter your old one, that it hadn't recognize after 10 or 15 tries; it miraculously works! Last few months it's gotten better but still has many menu issues.You can't login with this app.

3. not sure if this is the real app for bank of america.I downloaded the app but unfortunately it wouldn't take my password.
