Customer service ask me to call because there's was something wrong with my payment but it not true they took out the money.I CANNOT BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE WHEN I TRY TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD ON MY ACCOUNT IT DOESN'T LET ME, I HAVE TRIED ON BOTH THE WEBSITE AND APP AND STILL CAN'T BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS I WANT WHICH I ALREADY WENT IN STORE TO TRY A BUY BUT WASNT THERE.

2. when I pick the 5-7 business day shipping, the items usuallt come in 2 or 3 days!You can't browse the app anymore, any time you view an item and return to the previous page, it just refreshes to the top of the page.

3. Sometimes I can't add any items to my cart, even if they're in stock, because the button is missing! Half the time when I try to save items to my wish list, it doesn't update at all.

4. Really clunky and doesn't allow you to select text.I had to cancel my order after a week, no updates on shipping.

5. I heard there are problems with returns(personally never had to do a return) but would recomend trying some sizes in store first as the sizing is quite reliable for me across the different clothes and the same size tends to fit perfectly with different tops/bottoms.
