Why should I report an Issue with Untappd: Find Beer You'll Love?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Untappd to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. From a venue's menu you can see what they have and easily check-in a very from the menu, that's great! However after you check-in one you have to search/navigate back through to the menu to check-in the next beer.

2. I definitely feel like it's gone down in quality.Navigation issues have been largely resolved, for example, you no longer totally lose your place after checking into a beer.

3. At the same time, having over 100 adjectives to describe a beer is fun, and having many options to describe a venue is also fun.

4. A user-specific default sort is an easy and obvious feature to implement, but still missing.Pros: Good resource for considering new beers.

5. A lot of information is presented to the user, which may be overwhelming to some, and sometimes finding a function you want, like a Check-in for a beer or addition to a list, is hard to find.

6. Also, when I select a verified venue and select a beer from that venue, why do I still have to search for the venue? It should know where I am.

7. Feature request: "rate a venue" option.We have really enjoyed using untapped.

8. I have to force stop several times to check in one beer, but not anymore I have also deleted and reinstalled the app a couple weeks ago.

9. I wish the whisky apps were as good as untapped!This was my all time fav (5*)until a couple months ago.

10. When Checking in a beer it locks up then says no internet connection then restart phone etc same thing.

11. But I still don't see a way to change the default sort for a venue menu.

1. Fix Untappd Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Untappd: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Untappd App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Untappd" » Open Untappd: Find Beer You'll Love » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Untappd » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Untappd: Find Beer You'll Love app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Untappd servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Untappd: Find Beer You'll Love" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Untappd app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Untappd might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Untappd. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Untappd then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Untappd not working

2. Fix Untappd Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Untappd be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Untappd not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Untappd may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
