Why should I report an Issue with BeerMenus - Find Great Beer?

1. • Follow beers to get instantly notified when they become available nearby. • Follow places to get instantly notified whenever they change their beer menu. • Find places selling beers you already love or want to try. • Discover your favorite new place by browsing up-to-date beer menus around you. • Search for individual beers you want to drink or buy. • Search directly for bars, restaurants, and beer stores. • Log the beers you drink to keep track of and easily find your favorites.

App can be unstable, as long as you're using it it works fine but switch to another one then switch back and it seems to lose its connection and you need to relaunch itIt usually gives me beer places that are 50 or more miles away when i can see places that CLEARLY have them in stock and have for months.

4. But when I'm logged and and try to look at my own list of logged beers, tells me the account is private and I can't see it!Horrible format.

6. Try "Untappd" App!always crashes and can't use the "follow" button to follow a certain bar, it doesn't work.Very little coverage.

8. Uninstalling.Some nice features, especially locating beers or seeing what beers a place has.

9. I hope there is not a paid version of this that steals peoples money because the free 1 steals your time.

1. Fix BeerMenus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BeerMenus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BeerMenus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BeerMenus" » Open BeerMenus - Find Great Beer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BeerMenus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BeerMenus - Find Great Beer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BeerMenus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BeerMenus - Find Great Beer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BeerMenus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BeerMenus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BeerMenus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BeerMenus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BeerMenus not working

2. Fix BeerMenus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BeerMenus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BeerMenus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BeerMenus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
