1. Bad systemThe menu doesn't describe the items very well (WHAT is "Inferno Style" and why should i pay an extra buck for it?), plus the app says to let the cashier scan my QR code to earn points, but the cashier (and manager) says it doesn't work that way; that i have to scan the barcode on my receipt.
2. I understand the need to limit the cheating of rewards points but what about the customers that make multiple purchases in a single visit? Am I forced to open a tabOrdering isn't user friendly.
3. Only complaint, they ask if I want my receipt, I say no, then I remember I need it to earn my points, ugh! Why can't I earn points without scanning a receipt??????Got the Cadillac Wagyu burger and Brussel Sprouts.
4. The cause can be pointed at either hardware or software but why is there no functionality with ordering online and paying with virtual gift card? The rewards aspect is fair and straightforward.
5. What happens when you can't use your rewards, and you have to pay with a card? You either give up and not use the rewards, or stop ordering and place the order over the phone... ie you just wasted your time.
6. Great dining experience!Easy to use, highly useful, in and out and done.Store locator does not work.
7. There is a limit on the # of times a points can be earned, within a set period of time.
8. What gives!? ... update... now it opens, with long delay, then hangs "fetching details"(!!) still Zero starsApp works great.
9. The camera word for scanning the barcode for points.
10. Rewards points are glitchy.
11. Overall, it's kind of an amateurish app for a national chain.App opened in restuarant now hangs or crashes during open at home.
