Also the subtitles always end up lower and lower to the point where they are no longer visible on screen.Every time I use this app, I have to restore my tablet, if I don't I can't see anything, and always when I change the programming, it goes back and forth and doesn't allow me to see anything! This app is getting worse and worse! Both my tablet and my phone have been messed up since I started using it! The content is good in a way, because of the past Mexican novels they did.

2. The app have great programs but the fact of crashing all the time is really frustrating.I love this app with its variety of shows, movies, and novelas.. But I just wished having a huge variety of content, there would be a section where you could add content you're interested in onto a list.

3. It's impossible to watch the Euro 2020 games since it does not allow to select the games, it always goes to the profile icon no matter what button you press in the remote.Love the app because I can watch shows, novelas that are my favorites.

4. Extremely quite frustrating to not be able to use premium service when paying for it.I would give this 5 stars because of the variety BUT everytime I try to watch my novela, I am on episode 16 and when I go to watch it takes me back to episode 8.

5. I love the novelas but I can't get through one episode without it getting stuck! It's sooooo frustrating 😒 then when I start it back up, it's almost at the beginning.

7. To be able to hear the shows I put the volume up to 80-100 but the commercials are so loud that it makes me not want to use the app.

8. It initializes, shows as if opening to main screen and continues to loop to same initial screen over and over and over again.

1. Fix ViX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ViX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ViX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ViX" » Open ViX: TV, Deportes y Noticias » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ViX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ViX: TV, Deportes y Noticias app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ViX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ViX: TV, Deportes y Noticias" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ViX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ViX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ViX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ViX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ViX not working

2. Fix ViX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ViX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ViX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ViX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
