The application works excellently, the movies are excellent, although they are old movies, some are modern, but the ads don't bother me, they don't bother me neither is it an application that gives you the alternative of Watching movies for free at a time as we are going through the pandemic that we can't go to the moviesThe application is great, you have a variety of old movies and others a little modern, but there is a small problem that it gives you eight ads and four of the ads are repeated.Content is great just that a couple of times the video would freeze then stop.

The ad was VERY misleading it had a movie in American and had english all over it but then whenever you get it it's a lot of different languages and I just don't like reading a lot of subtitles but I would for the good movies they have! 1. Fix VIX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VIX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VIX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VIX" » Open VIX - Cine y TV en Español » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VIX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VIX - Cine y TV en Español app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VIX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VIX - Cine y TV en Español" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VIX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VIX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VIX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VIX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VIX not working

2. Fix VIX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VIX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VIX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VIX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
