Very dissatisfied with customer service and response times.Unsatidfied, This app is horrible, it's super slow, not user-friendly, and ONCE YOU SUBSCRIBED YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ANYMORE! It irritates me, this app was crediting my card worth $1.99 monthly and there's no way to unlink your card details to this app.

2. We then tried to cancel our subscription to at least not be charged anymore, but the email address left is not real, they don’t answer via their website and there is no other way to get in contact with them and they deleted my previous comment.Do not buy!I really like it.

1. Restart Party Tyme Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Party Tyme Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Party Tyme Karaoke" » Open Party Tyme Karaoke » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Party Tyme Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Party Tyme Karaoke app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Party Tyme Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Party Tyme Karaoke" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Party Tyme Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Party Tyme Karaoke might not work.
