Ok so I submitted my release about 14 days ago. My subscription is free, but it should still be done it 10 days. I've waited and waited, and then finally it says my release date is invalid, so I look down at the release date, and it still says invalid. Hi I've been apart of United masters distribution for a while now i paid 50 dollars a month for it until I kept constantly having the same problem of them releasing my project under the wring artist profile. This is my first time dropping music on apple spotify and iTunes etc so I was assuming tht it was going to make all the accounts for me besides on soundcloud. But instead you guys keep posting my music on the wrong page after I paid for your services and didn't get anything resolved or hear from anyone.

Unfortunately i wasn't able to access the upcs on apple spotify or itunes for every release but i was able to get the upc for the entire EP on united masters so with that you guys should be able to fix this and help create a new account like it said, instead of incorrectly posting my music on someone else's account without confirming.

I am emailing in regards to the account associated with leekbite@redacted you guys have failed to pay this artist for August and now September after being lied to by multiple representatives of this company. We would like to request immediate payment to this artist as he has bills to pay and children to take care of! Very inconsiderate of this company to hold 1-2k of money earned from this artist! A problem with with my PayPal account and unitedmaster, I had my account attached when I first opened my account with you, and now that I want to release another track I have to attach my PayPal account with you which I did when I first opened my profile with you.
Currently United masters saying I need to go to my PayPal account and open my account, I regularly open and go into my PayPal account. United masters sight saying my PayPal account is not active when it is. I have emailed this a couple of times over the last couple of weeks with no reply.

UnitedMasters Failure to release an approved project ‘NBA JAM’ on the scheduled release date of January 15th, 2021.
I am still currently waiting on a response regarding my project’s release.
Below are my existing artist profiles, as you can see the project was not released on those either. I am a SELECT member & this is a very bad look to my fanbase. The Pre Save link was broken despite my project being approved more than a week in advance of my scheduled release date.
