Why should I report an Issue with UnitedMasters: Release Music?

1. I'm at a loss and its discouraging to see others reviews cause they aren't getting a response when they reach out for support.They have been giving me a huge run around for the past two or three weeks now my song was supposed to drop on all platforms July 16th and I keep getting the same notification about my release every two or three days every time I resubmit my song the same notification keeps popping up and every time I reach out through an email no one ever gets back to me 😡 if I could rate a half star i would because this has happened before and it seems to only happen whenever Im a select artist 🤦 ♂️I like the app, easy to use but i think you should consider adding a place where you could describe the artist for streaming platforms such as spotify.

2. Other than that, great job.I was always looking for a platform to get my music to the world this app says it could do that but it requires payment to get your music to all platforms which can be annoying to up and coming artists like me.

4. other than that it's a great app for mobile AND desktop! I've recommended to other artists already.Aside from this app is super buggy, everytime my release date comes around theres always another issue.

5. Wouldn't recommend.Don't use this app: I tried to use it to release my song on spotify and I THOUGHT this app was going to create an account for me.

6. Right now im not even able to get past the screen of what platforms I want my music on cause it wont load.

8. they can only put your music on facebook tiktok and Instagram which is not a lot but that's all you can get for free.This app sucks and it wont let me delete my music or my account.

9. 1 fix: allow artists to change the ORDER of track lists I had to delete an entire project becasue there was 1 track out of order but it wouldn't let me just move them up or down.

10. My music still isn't on any major platforms, and it deleted my albums.

11. I keep getting kicked out of the things I'm doing on this app and some albums will randomly take the name and cover image of another album.

1. Fix UnitedMasters Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UnitedMasters: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UnitedMasters App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UnitedMasters" » Open UnitedMasters: Release Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UnitedMasters » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UnitedMasters: Release Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UnitedMasters servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UnitedMasters: Release Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UnitedMasters app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UnitedMasters might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UnitedMasters. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UnitedMasters then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UnitedMasters not working

2. Fix UnitedMasters Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UnitedMasters be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UnitedMasters not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UnitedMasters may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
