1. Tempted to give it 5 stars given the cost of the camera.Took me a while, but if your struggling, whilst connecting, turn off mobile data so your phone is only talking to the WiFi of the device.

2. U definitely have to turn your data off and connect to it like a WiFi and then connect it to your home wifi it's crazy but it works.After fully charging my camera, I found the set up very easy.

3. The following is fact: Without a memory card in camera you can see live video from your phone but the connection is very slow.

4. Once that is done, you are then able to set it up so it works with the WiFi in your house and with your mobile data back on.Getting the cam to sync to the app is extremely difficult until ya find out to turn the phones cellular data off.

5. Unable to set new password as the default password isn't listed anywhere and cannot be changed without it.Why isn't there a zero? I've tried for hours to get this fully charged camera to connect.

6. needs phone restarting often and camera turns off without warning..even with it plugged into power source while running.. android.
