1. Think it might require cellular data to view, but even then was unreliable. It limits the amount of food you can order, what sort of sorcery is this? Also, cannot start another order while one is pending....Fix thatThis app requires an additional download upon installation that never (despite three retries) worked.
2. App needs better design to minimise these problems. The order of the audio does not match with the order of progress through the building, so you hear content that does not match up with where you are.
3. I extremely recommend this app.100 audio clips are stored as 1 file rather that 100,so download was reset if I lost wi-fi connection or phone screen locked.
4. Plus it was a good free alternative to the expensive audio and live tours for purchase at the museum. This app is the best app ever made.
5. Or other family members that weren't born yet it tells you in sequence events leading up to 9/11, and the events during the terrible, terrible day that way 9/11.
6. A few issues like we could not find the south tower excavation audio and it was not where the narrator described.
7. Also some of the audio guides were under different names and locations than the narrators stated.
8. There are several tour options to listen to from this app, including one that is kid-friendly.Worked sporadically on a Nokia 6, but not on a Pixel 3.
9. Stopped using it after a couple of segments. No need to pay $20 for the guided tour--this has what you need.
10. used almost 1gb of mobile data and barely used it during the tourCuts out, doesn't load, stops midway.
11. Took over 30 mins on 5th attempt, totally wasting my time in the museum.
