1. One would expect for an app made for museum visitors to have on its home page in an easily noticed location a button for switching languages. So basically visited the museum app was not in service for anyone that day hence the number of complaints at the customer service desk... These things happen no problem but No refund of ticket or offer of a guide book despite the app being the only real way of navigating the museum when not being a native speaker.. Thumbs down I'm afraidThis app is only for German speaking people.
2. To add insult to injury, its a major power drain.Overall quite good... A few of the interfaces are a bit confusing, but the highlight tours are well done... Good to have in your pocket, pre-loaded, while in this enormous museum. No support for English.
3. Complete fail.did not work, stayed on loading screenVery useful and complete! Excellent!Audio does not seem to work.
4. It asks you if you want to place everything offline to avoid any issues when at the museum, a nice start.
5. Many ways to browse the museum including paths, favorites or just by punching in the numbers of the exhibits you see.
6. Very well worth the download. While I like the idea of a audio tour in app form, this had multiple problems.
7. There are audio guides imbedded also so no need to rent an audio guide.
8. First, it actively bypassed my Bluetooth earbuds, meaning I had to broadcast the tour and try to listen over the sound of the crowds.
9. No support for English or any language other than German.
10. It also caused my screen to blink, during which time the audio would cut out.
11. Only issue was that my notification pane had issues while the app was active so I had to use my fingerprint reader.
