1. App jumps from screen to screen without input.I usually give 5 stars but your app has been having g glitches for weeks now, I can't even read a whole news story without the app ending and having to restart over and over.

2. Uninstalled shortly after I installed it.Does Not work with newer Android 2020 year version, keeps shutting down once app first opens up.

3. Uninstalled the application because I do not feel safe with you app!Warned when installed, app designed for older Android version.

1. Fix FOX5 News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FOX5 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FOX5 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FOX5 News" » Open FOX5 News - San Diego » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FOX5 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FOX5 News - San Diego app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FOX5 News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FOX5 News - San Diego" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FOX5 News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FOX5 News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FOX5 News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FOX5 News then reinstall.
