1. Notifications always say "swipe right for more" but never take you to the actual story, and those headlines are almost never easy to find once you open the app.I get alerts with this app which is good.

2. Frustrating and a waste of your time.Can't open and ask for place it in WiFi, just allow open; but never does work.Latest update on 9/8/21 took away search function.

3. You end up getting taken to random articles and can't find the ones related to the headline.This app crashes so much it's not worth having.

4. When I get a notification of a story I click on it and the app dosent even find the story.

5. You then have to search for the story you wanted to read if you can find it at all.

6. Hard to use Wasn't smooth in app website works a lot better .Decent news app and I really appreciate the traffic alerts.

7. The problem is when you click on the alert, this app doesn't take you to the story.

8. Frustrating to say the least......Notification links don't connect to the article they supposedly pertain to.

1. Fix KFOX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KFOX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KFOX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KFOX" » Open KFOX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KFOX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KFOX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KFOX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KFOX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KFOX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KFOX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KFOX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KFOX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KFOX not working

2. Fix KFOX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KFOX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KFOX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KFOX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
