Why should I report an Issue with picTrove?

1. This is only happening on the bing results.It still needs a wide range of options: option to keep search history, better search box (not to type again every search), options to show results (like horizontal view or squared), premium version with no ads.

11. Now after an update I thought my tablet had become infected with some virus....turns out it's ads which take over and are difficult to get rid of.......update. Some ads are now impossible to remove.

1. Fix picTrove Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart picTrove: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the picTrove App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "picTrove" » Open picTrove » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for picTrove » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear picTrove app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from picTrove servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "picTrove" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check picTrove app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, picTrove might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall picTrove. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall picTrove then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing picTrove not working

2. Fix picTrove Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make picTrove be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to picTrove not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, picTrove may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
