Have A nice dayEasy to use app, but not beneficial for enduser as its a hidden gimmick, they charge you 75 se service charges upon check out then give u some point to redeem within a week.My experience with them was really bad, just booked a twin bedroom and when I reached the hotel they said Almosafer hasn't booked a twin bed room only single bedroom, even the hotel they told me that Almosafer they are not good or professional and take time from them to response, hope I will never deal with them again at all, and they say talk with our advisors to help you but really they are not helpful.

A company to avoid at all costs, just a replica of tajwal.Really pathetic, kind of a cheater, not show the complete options at time of check out, bought 300 riyals expensive ticket then the market rate, slected installment option at the time of check out but they deducted full amount, now they are telling that they have only 4 partner bank and they cant do anything, customer service attended is really dumb, and just said sorry.

4. I never faced such obvious misleading content with any hotel service provider till getting introduced to this called company.

5. Perhaps you can find a deal for flight booking but I'm not suggesting there hotel options (by Agoda).

1. Fix Almosafer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Almosafer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Almosafer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Almosafer" » Open Almosafer: Hotels & Flights » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Almosafer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Almosafer: Hotels & Flights app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Almosafer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Almosafer: Hotels & Flights" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Almosafer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Almosafer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Almosafer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Almosafer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Almosafer not working

2. Fix Almosafer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Almosafer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Almosafer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
