1. When it opens the screen is black.App takes too long to open when i try to set up my profile it wont send me a text to confirm my number i gave up amd uninstallGreat service & talk about denver 😉The app never responds when I attempt to book a ride.Wow this works great.

2. Never using this taxi service again.down loaded the app, thought i reserved a taxi, the app said my driver was christopher, then 10 minuts later it arbitrarily canceled, then it reasigned antonio as the driver, only to be cancled after about 40 minuts and reasigned to louis.

3. Back to the drawing board developer.Phone took 3 tries almost 10 minutes each til some annoyed girl finally answered the 3rd try, taxi never showed up, waited almost an hour.

4. Tried the app, never found a taxi, stuck on pending "Driver arriving soon!" for over half an hour.

5. if you have to be someplace, do yourself a favor, do not use this app to get there... i would give it zero stars but the rating system wont let you.Useless. App doesn't work.

6. I live in Southwest Florida I use Bluebird Taxi they actually recommended I use this app.

7. When I tried to use the app, the GPS does not work and it tells me my pickup location is too far away.

8. Like Uber only better! Nice to have a trust worthy local option.

9. Downloaded Uber, got a car in under 5 minutes both times today.

10. They have been to this address on multiple occasions.

1. Fix 275-TAXI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 275-TAXI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 275-TAXI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "275-TAXI" » Open 275-TAXI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 275-TAXI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 275-TAXI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 275-TAXI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "275-TAXI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 275-TAXI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 275-TAXI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 275-TAXI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 275-TAXI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 275-TAXI not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 275-TAXI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
