The service is great and I use it often, just needs work on this app.The search function is an absolute nightmare to use, I completely lost interest in looking for a rental after spending 10 minutes scrolling through the times in the search bar over and over again for the 100th time... Not to mention cars are always not available in town, not enough options.

Also it is quite annoying to keep having to scroll through the ENTIRE DAY'S worth of times just to get the one you want, just let us type it in.It's really hard to filter cars by time in this app - if I want to rent a car from 9am-2:30pm, I have to click through each location, scroll through to set the time, and check availability.

3. If there are no cars available, then I need to click on a different location, RE-SELECT the time 😩 (because the app resets to a 30min rental slot) and repeat.

4. Any chance of getting a second Hui car located at Pearl Highlands again? There's only one car there, and it seems to be pretty impossible lately to get an available time slot.

5. I don't care how far the car is, I want to know where the rental period I want is available!!I had great hopes for the updated app.

6. Save yourself the trouble and just use a standard rent-a-car serviceLove the Hui experience, I've only used it a couple times because I don't need a car that often but when I do it's more affordable than a round trip with Uber and the locations are super convenient for my area.

8. I started using Zipcar in 2005 & then Car2Go before moving here, & in comparison the Drive Hui app is frustrating to use.App will not allow me to upload pictures and hence, cannot finish creating the account.

9. The app will go to the camera screen and take a picture, however, once I click "ok" it just wipes all the other data I entered and does not include the picture just taken.

10. Just make it able to type the dates in, PLEASE!Really enjoyed the ability to quickly rent a car for a few hours, without paying exorbitant amounts to run a few short errands.

1. Fix Hui Car Share Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hui Car Share: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hui Car Share App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hui Car Share" » Open Hui Car Share » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hui Car Share » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hui Car Share app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hui Car Share servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hui Car Share" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hui Car Share app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hui Car Share might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hui Car Share. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hui Car Share then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hui Car Share not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hui Car Share be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hui Car Share not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hui Car Share may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
