Conclusion, the toters app is useless, just call the restaurantThe Delivery timing is not accurate, the shoppers are not assigned promptly and since there is no shopper/driver, the food shop does not prépare the food until the shopper is on site so the food can be fresh when it reaches, we end up waiting for one hour instead of the estimated 20 mins!
