5. Can't upload or take pictures anymoreGreat app just won't let me download pic of my kids keep saying enabled primission I did still don't work.The app will not upload any pictures.

6. The app tells you to update permissions to be able to add photos, take photos, or share profiles, but with every permission available granted it still will not allow you to do these things.

7. I've enabled every 'permission' I can and its still not working.... Renders it kind of pointlessMost recent update made it useless.

8. Can't be too safe!This app I felt was very convenient just in case an emergency.. however since the beginning of the year I have not been able to open the app and when i try my phone (GALAXY S9+) freezes.

1. Fix Child Safe Kit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Child Safe Kit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Child Safe Kit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Child Safe Kit" » Open Child Safe Kit® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Child Safe Kit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Child Safe Kit® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Child Safe Kit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Child Safe Kit®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Child Safe Kit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Child Safe Kit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Child Safe Kit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Child Safe Kit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Child Safe Kit not working
