1. I purchase through the GET agency, so single ride passes are $1.65. Despite having a strong internet connection, as well as money on my card, taking screen shots of myself activating the passes, and when they'd have a constant loading icon on the screen, and not activating, they haven't actually been helpful.
2. I should have free busing as a student, but sometimes (especially in the cold) the pass won't load so the bus driver will accuse me of trying to fool him, and then I'll have to frantically find some cash at risk of missing class or not being able to go home.
3. One suggestion for an added feature that would be somewhat useful is a countdown timer on the page showing the ride pass that counts down the eligible transfer time.
4. Bluetooth has not worked a single time and it's slow to pull up the manual screen, so you stand there blocking the bus line tryint to get it working.
5. This is utter garbage. This app has saved my bacon more than once when I needed to catch a bus and either didn't have the cash fare or didn't have time to run around finding the change.
6. Maybe consider it? In any case, thanks for the app!Worked great until today, now opening the pass hijacks my volume controls.
7. It was nice not losing the physical pass but that seemed a little more reliable.Extremely convenient when it works, hence the second star.
8. Several passes failed to activate constantly. This works most of the time.
9. If I wasn't so lucky to have a kind bus driver, I wouldn't be able to board. Our university switched to this, and it's honestly been a source of stress.
10. I'll stick with physical passes for now.The app worked once, and after that it just stopped opening.
11. Tried it for a couple weeks, found myself either constantly holding up others trying to get it to validate, or being held up by others who couldn't get theirs validated.
