Why should I report an Issue with StoryMaker: Insta Story Maker?

1. And I haven't been able to edit the text from the default writing, and I'd probably want more freewill to move things around.I will give only one star to this app because when I apply the photo, the photo does not open in the frame, I got upset.

2. Developers need to listen to respond to feedback.Excellent templates, but i give 3 star as I found out that the photo quality is drastically compressed & decreased after export.

3. The templates for free are great enough to convince me to switch to premium some day otherwise it's really ease to use and good one.I recently purchased the lifetime access for $19.99 and it keeps telling me I didn't.

4. I know you get 3 days free trial for the yearly subscription but why not have a free version that just has limited templates? For me, that probably would have been enough? I'm going to try something else that is free.

1. Fix StoryMaker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StoryMaker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StoryMaker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StoryMaker" » Open StoryMaker: Insta Story Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StoryMaker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StoryMaker: Insta Story Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StoryMaker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StoryMaker: Insta Story Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StoryMaker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StoryMaker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StoryMaker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StoryMaker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StoryMaker not working

2. Fix StoryMaker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StoryMaker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StoryMaker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StoryMaker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
