This is scammy coming from Simple thermostat!! I didn't authorize a payment from them.... and I don't know why this is coming out of my PayPal from my bank account for stimulus his service, this should be a free service because I own the thermostat! There never was instructions that I have to pay $197.00 to run my thermostat from the app!!!!! MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!Not sure if this app is good or bad because it wont load or loads with errors whether on my android phone or iPad!Connect connect the thermostat.
2. The app works... still its been a year since the last update.. no security updates have been needed? Is this the final version of the application?issues setting up the thermostat..app..and connection with Alexa..BUT tech.
3. Plus, the Nest does significantly more too..Difficult to install a replacement thermostat!! If you have to replace a defective thermostat with a new one, UNINSTALL THIS APP!! Then when you re-install the app it will work.

6. Returning to AmazonMake sure when you buy a place that has already installed, the first thing you do is call NV energy to reset the whole thing.
