Why should I report an Issue with ReSupply - Giving Made Simple.?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ReSupply to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Pretty sure the good reviews on here are from the people that work there.It is not allowng me to connect to facebook or sign in no reset on password to email i did schudle a pick up for san diego rescue mission i hope its them and not some other charity please fix app to facebook sighn up and emailIt opens and stops at the screen with the animated lady with a phone- it says connect to different charities and then screen just freezesTerrible at uploading pictures.

2. It sends me an email to download my tax receipt, but the button you're supposed to click (to open in an internet browser) isn't a link to anywhere... I don't even mind donating without tax receipts, but if that's something you say you will provide to users, please don't send emails with broken links.I downloaded this app in an attempt to "rehome" my reclining couch.

3. I wish charities wouldn't use this app if they're unwilling to pick stuff up after a boatload of confirmations.no contact...the charity never picked up the appliance.

4. Don't waste your time!!Charities affiliated with the app approve the donations, confirming the pick up multiple times then never show up.

5. Really impossible and annoying.Navigation is very difficult.This app is what charities use to sluff you off when they don't want to pick up your stuff.

6. We don't even look in the hub because we don't want to be charged for claiming a pick up even though we are the ONLY one in our community that uses this program and there is nobody else to claim them.

7. Obviously this is just an app designed to collect your personal info so the makers can spam you with endless marketing stuff, rather than doing the job they're supposed to be doing.

8. this app sucks and I will never work with this charity (Mosaic, Benton Harbor, MI) again.This app is not donor friendly, we have used the app and most of our donors were very unhappy with it.

9. I stayed home all day waiting for them...called them four times and was assured they would come pick up the appliance but they never did.

10. Your donations go into a pool where local charities can claim them, but if they do they get charged for it.

11. I did everything I was supposed to do on my end per the app's instructions, but NO ONE ever called/emailed/texted me to set up a pickup for my donation.

1. Fix ReSupply Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ReSupply: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ReSupply App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReSupply" » Open ReSupply - Giving Made Simple. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReSupply » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReSupply - Giving Made Simple. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReSupply servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReSupply - Giving Made Simple." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ReSupply app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReSupply might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ReSupply. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReSupply then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReSupply not working

2. Fix ReSupply Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReSupply be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReSupply not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReSupply may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
