1. They couldn't have been able to use them on new year anywayNothing was mentioned about using coins to redeem benefit such as a 1-for 1 dining.

2. I am using a Pixel 4 and unable to use this Apps as each time I tried to sign in, the screen is "frozen" at the 'location' stage and it does not work anymore.

3. Need to accumulate 1000 points to redeem this benefit?? So I paid full amount! One more inadequacy of this App is that I can't tap on the restaurant name to check if it can be used or not unless I'm settling the bill on site.

4. Also, the deals are in, don't be misled by the impatient idiots that couldn't wait a couple of days past new year to have them appear.

5. My conclusion is not all merchants listed on entertainer app is on the HSBC entertainer app, though HSBC claims to be otherwise.. waste of time and I will give it zero stars if I could.The app is ok but has limited options to use it.

6. I have to borrow my friends mobile phone with a bigger screen to login which the bigger screen enables the selection of track location option.

7. Unentertaining!!Is this a joke of an app? Clicked on the notification banners for deals...went to the next page "No deals/ offers available".

1. Fix ENTERTAINER with HSBC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ENTERTAINER with HSBC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ENTERTAINER with HSBC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ENTERTAINER with HSBC" » Open ENTERTAINER with HSBC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ENTERTAINER with HSBC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ENTERTAINER with HSBC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ENTERTAINER with HSBC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ENTERTAINER with HSBC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
