2. The sticker over so I went to one of the car washes and the people there told me that they were unable to look up my account without my number from the sticker yeah, even in the app you cannot get any information about your account!Horrible app.

3. Why can't customers simply view their plan by using sticker numbers!? Use for Information only with submitting requests for someone else to make changes.This app crashes even on a good day.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crew Carwash Rewards" » Open Crew Carwash Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crew Carwash Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crew Carwash Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crew Carwash Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crew Carwash Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crew Carwash Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crew Carwash Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crew Carwash Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crew Carwash Rewards then reinstall.
