1. Not sure I would want to buy the course if I can't even watch it... Hope it gets fixed soon!I can't work out if this is a one off payment for life? Or an annual fee? Or something else? I reached out via the support link but no reply? And I can't work out how much content there is? I don't mean time we spend working on exercises, I mean unique video content dedicated to the app (not just links to YouTube videos).

I read that there is now a desktop app and i thought it would solve my problems, but only wierd websites seem to be offering the download, lets see if that makes it better!do you mind too make this app cheaper or make it free, I Loved it but can't afford it,, I'll thank to all educators for these significant points and everything else!The video takes so long to load I thought it wouldn't load at all.

3. The app is very poorly made, one of the only apps on my phone with which i have so many problems! I cant seem to go to the next page, it blacks out, it asks me to type something but doesnt not allow me to, I am really surprised, especially since i saw that it took 2 years to make and i am usually very impressed by the quality of ted.

7. using camera and changing USB data have no relevance to the service it is going to provid !!I'm so excited to learn how to talk in front.

9. Seems like a very low level marketing gimmick and use of deception.I can't sign in the app, and the permissions it takes to let you install this app are too much.

1. Fix TED Masterclass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TED Masterclass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TED Masterclass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TED Masterclass" » Open TED Masterclass » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TED Masterclass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TED Masterclass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TED Masterclass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TED Masterclass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TED Masterclass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TED Masterclass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TED Masterclass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TED Masterclass then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TED Masterclass not working

2. Fix TED Masterclass Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TED Masterclass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TED Masterclass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TED Masterclass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
