Besides, there is no labelling of the time when the message was deleted and this makes it frustrating.nope!! still does not work o click on the message and it shows all the deleted messages by the person I click on the voice message and it sends me to photos,videos and audios and I dont see it.. and what's worse is that all the audios are randomDeleting this app.

The app has a white-coloured background and has all that it needs to be a recovery app, sorry to say that it doesn't work for pictures and videos; I would recommend this app for your next usage.It works as said however apart from the deleted text, I noticed documents or media files that were deleted were unable to view.

3. Also on group WhatsApp it didn't pull up the deleted message so initially thought that this app doesn't allow you to see group deleted messages but a private message was deleted and I can't see it and have tried everything.

1. Fix Undelete Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Undelete: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Undelete App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Undelete" » Open Undelete - Recover deleted mes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Undelete » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Undelete - Recover deleted mes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Undelete servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Undelete - Recover deleted mes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Undelete app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Undelete might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Undelete. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Undelete then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Undelete not working

2. Fix Undelete Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Undelete be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Undelete not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Undelete may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
