1. The dispatch console thru the website is problem ridden and the ability to dispatch from ur phone is a joke.Taxicaller use to be great lightweight app, but since it has been turned into a data mining and constant tracking that logs me out often when I use other apps.

2. There is something wrong with the location settings of the App.PLEASE make a way to change the notification sound when you get a ride!!!!! The sound is just not loud enough for me to hear unless my phone is basically in my hand!!! If changed, I will rate 5 stars!Reliable, works well with Maps, and very easy to use.

I have worked with another program simultaneously with this one and it had that feature as well as the ability for the driver to hit a button for the pick-up or drop-off of multiple calls and it would take you directly t Google Maps for that specific portion of the runPromises the moon and the stars.

4. The doorbell nose is effective, but very unpleasant.Like this app, it's easier to navigate and connect you from the dispatch to the passenger address, records distances and can safe from the danger since it's have a safety button which you press and get help.

5. My phone has been "buggy" since Taxicaller became a data mining app.

6. It asked to enable location setting and takes me to the right screen and let's me enable it at all times but then it goes back and says its not enabled.

1. Fix TaxiCaller Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TaxiCaller Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TaxiCaller Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TaxiCaller Driver" » Open TaxiCaller Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TaxiCaller Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TaxiCaller Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TaxiCaller Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TaxiCaller Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TaxiCaller Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TaxiCaller Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TaxiCaller Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TaxiCaller Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TaxiCaller Driver not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TaxiCaller Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
