Why should I report an Issue with Email Exchange + by MailWise?

1. Maybe time for something newRUBBISH No stacking the emails as it suppose to do, and even thou I paid for the premium version, in still having problems with the app, and is still taking ages for the emails to load and not refreshing automatically, plus, I had another email address sincronized to the app , but now it's telling me that "the email address or the password is wrong" even thou I know there are correct, because I've been logging directly and checking my emails without the app.

2. I just wish there was a paid version of the app that would preclude the sharing of user data.Easy set up, bypasses Exchange security requirements on your device so you have freedom to set up your phone hope you want.

3. I love that it groups all messages from the same sender *and* allows swipe to delete or multiple select *from the search results.* Unfortunately, my workplace Exchange is now requiring multi-factor authentication, and will no longer support app passwords, so I cannot use it anymore.

4. I bought the professional version, still no support.Have used this app for ove 4 years now and still much prefer this over the MS Outlook app for all my exchange emails.

5. Moved to MailWise as the Samsung email app was not showing all my emails! The emails look good in this app.

6. Disappointed to be honest..☹️☹️This is probably the best email app on any platform from a functionality an UI perspective but the privacy policy is terrible.

1. Fix Email Exchange + Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Email Exchange +: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Email Exchange + App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Email Exchange +" » Open Email Exchange + by MailWise » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Email Exchange + » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Email Exchange + by MailWise app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Email Exchange + servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Email Exchange + by MailWise" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Email Exchange + app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Email Exchange + might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Email Exchange +. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Email Exchange + then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Email Exchange + not working

2. Fix Email Exchange + Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Email Exchange + be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Email Exchange + not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Email Exchange + may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
