1. Does the same when connected through a wifi connection as wellThe mobile devices work great! However after being on the desktop for more than 5 minutes, the internet connection freezes and I have to turn off the service then back on.
2. I'd give it 3 stars, but I'm getting tired of other things Norton has been doing lately, so -12/15/23 It's been 2 years and still having the same problem.
3. Edited to add: Actually it disconnects whenever the phone goes to sleep when not connected to Wi-Fi (which happens frequently since Samsung updated its One UI software in April.) Today I had to restart my phone (due to the software issue) and when it came back up, the app kept saying "Connecting to VPN" but never actually connecting.
4. It's a high risk environment, no doubt about it, and knowing that, Norton is the company I trust for their full suite of automation security products, as well as system tune-up applications.
5. (The other service works great btw.) I needed a service to work all across my devices and platforms.
6. Norton is, and remains, number One in my book for all aspects of survival, escape, resistance, and evasion in today's automation environment.
7. SERE-on Norton! (Logo)This is my 1st experience with using VPN on a cell phone.
8. (My subscription allows me to install it on 5 devices.) However, on Note 10+ it randomly shuts down at least once a week, so I need to keep checking to make sure it's running.
9. Takes minutes to connect, slows down my internet, and certain apps won't work while its on.
10. However, I don't plan to stop using Norton, but would love to see these issues resolved.
