I use a pair of ONN headphones that also function as a wireless headset, and when I use an equalizer from the play store that has a 3D sound feature, it doesn't work that way, but with this particular app, it does.The sound is EXCELLENT, the user interface is EXCELLENT, the equalizer is EXCELLENT, i really enjoy listening all of my musics in my device through this EXCELLENT app, but UNFORTUNATELY when i was enjoying my musics, the ads appeared and it makes my music stopped for a while then it starts again....very disturbing, i am using android 6.0 - please fix it and i promise i will give you 5 stars and recommend it to all my friends in my community :) By the way, its a good app!This app is bad compared to other similar apps I have had.

The whole experience was a complete waste of time as it's a bog standard audio player and not even a very good one.This is worst app because I play the song phone automatically screen will be off and on blinking my phone automatically reboot and come first onwords do not install the appThe music is cristal clear the equaliser bring everything out beautiful and i like the volume of it it keeps al the tracks at same level volumeI didn't see any ads, but this player isn't any good, I'm sorry to say that but I'm being honest.

3. Consider this a severe warning!!!Although this might be a great 3D music player, but what I want to know is why this app wants to manage phone calls on my phone? Also they want access to files that don't have nothing to do with the app itself.

4. The surround sound is nonexistent, i couldn't hear any.Had to uninstall immediately, almost killed my phone.

5. Somewhere on the internet stated a fact that it is not possible to use 3D sound (i.e equalizers that have it) with bluetooth audio, which downmixes all audio to 2 channels.

6. Silent thieves.What a dreadful app! This is no more a 3D surround sound player than I am a rocket scientist.

7. It requires permissions irrelevant to this app , especially phone calls! I suspect this app contains malicious hardware.

8. I'm really disappointed in the layout as well.UI stops working & screws up my phone , making it turn on & off.

1. Fix Dol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dol App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dol" » Open Dolby 3d Music Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dol » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dolby 3d Music Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dol servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dolby 3d Music Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dol might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dol then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dol not working

2. Fix Dol Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
