I appreciate it's free, just checking on status.The audio recording is great but it's taking up all my phone storage space and I have to move each file I recorded one-by-one and it's very time-consuming and tedious to the point it's infuriating going to have to delete a bunch of my recordings just so I can have fing space on my phone.

2. I'm sure it would work better for recordings with audio that needs filters, I just need to find a recording software that doesn't alter too much.The app UI is very clean, smooth, visually pleasing.

4. I couldn't figure out how to turn off certain parts of the automatic audio mastering it does- the de-esser is too strong and it gave my voice a noticable lisp in the recording, which was very odd.

5. I do not use this app as my main recorder because the time it would take to go through and delete all the silences or piece together bits and pieces of 1 audio that had to be split due to inability to pause, is too time consuming.

9. When I first started using the app I thought the files were being saved to my phone.

10. It also added a delay and post echo that muddied the usually clear audio of my phone's mic.

11. For example, if you delete the app, all the recordings are gone because the flag introduced in Android 10 allowing you to preserve the data isn't present, meaning all the recordings not exported are gone with it.

1. Fix Dol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dol App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dol" » Open Dolby On: Record Audio & Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dol » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dolby On: Record Audio & Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dol servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dolby On: Record Audio & Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dol might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dol then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dol not working

2. Fix Dol Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
