Needs work.Their website can be difficult and clumsy to work with but their navigation software is extraordinarily good for our purpose - following the inland waters of Europe.Easy to use and informativeDoesn't seem to do anything I need, no AIS connection over Wi-fi, can't import waypoint GPX file, no CPA / TCPA calculations.Amazing and very successful what you do for this app thank you.finally one sea navigation app that works.Its designed for Dutch sailors.

2. My point to them is to include one chart, I don't care if it's eastside Kazakhstan but then we can proceed and evaluate whether to proceed.Looks ok, a bit clunky, can not get waypoints or names to display over base chart? Cannot find an import gpx option.

4. should have a bare minimum chart so we can see how it works as it seems to have much potential.

6. Update: developer responded quickly with charts to download and options, which I did try unsuccessfully.

1. Fix WinGPS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WinGPS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WinGPS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WinGPS" » Open WinGPS™ Marine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WinGPS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WinGPS™ Marine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WinGPS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WinGPS™ Marine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WinGPS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WinGPS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WinGPS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WinGPS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WinGPS not working

2. Fix WinGPS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WinGPS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WinGPS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WinGPS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
