1. Don't tell me to email, READ 28 May 2021: Worked great but I try putting a show on & says, "No return from UPDA" (or something) OR "expired auth token" (coding/programming error)Guys, it doesn't exactly crash on me (thankfully) but you could make a small adjustment: since we switched our Cable Provider (none of the ones in the app btw), we couldn't get the channel, which is why I got the app.

Also, I can't watch anything on it eitherDoesn't play shows every show I pick it doesn't show it only shows certain ones and the older ones don't work and those are the ones that I chose and when I go to the parent opponents it doesn't show any thing on that screen,so it would be great if the app workedWon't let me sign in with my provider.

3. Thank you.1. I downloaded this app hoping to see ALL of he old sprout shows like The Goodnight Show with Nina and Star, The Sunny Side up Show, and Noodle and Doodle but I was left disappointed when I only saw the Chica show and Barney(which are great by the way) 2.

4. I logged in with my TV provider and the front page said there are 80 episodes, but the show page only has clips.

5. Like the old saying...if it aint broke, dont fix it? Can we all just have the old sprout app back?I need help with the app but the contact us link in the app takes me to an undeliverable email address.

6. The application has our cable company 'Breezeline' listed to authenticate access but it doesn't direct us to the login and takes us back to the homepage.

7. When going to settings it does not show a profile likenother apps.

8. In the Settings menu there is a Subscribe button, so I thought I had to do an additional paid subscription because my TV provider wasn't enough.

9. Don't even get to TV provider options grid but instead get "Cannot process sign in request".

10. Id love to have chica show and other "noncartoons" for our 1.5 year old.

1. Fix Universal Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Universal Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Universal Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Universal Kids" » Open Universal Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Universal Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Universal Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Universal Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Universal Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Universal Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Universal Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Universal Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Universal Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Universal Kids not working

2. Fix Universal Kids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Universal Kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Universal Kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Universal Kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
