1. I do enjoy the shows, just wish I could actually watch them on my phone.It buffers like crazy! It will randomly stop the show I'm watching and go back to the homepage and I'll have to research the show and restart the episode again.

2. i'm giving it 3 stars because if you're patient and just mess with it long enough, eventually you'll be able to watch your show and just let it play.I have never had so many problems with ANY other app! On the very rare occasion that it actually allows me to connect to my TV provider, I get through one or two episodes before it buffers or just shuts down completely.

3. Oxygen has good content if we could actually access it.I would rate this higher if shows wouldn't skip! I've read where people have buffering issues I don't seem to have that problem but as I am watching a show it literally will skip .7 seconds or less or more at times so you have to guess at what some of the show is about.

4. This needs to be fixed or I'm just going to deleted it permanently! 3/1/2023 They fixed all bugs and kinks and now it works great! Glad I gave it another chance and reinstalled.Constant buffering which means that, to get the app to work again, have to go out and close the app, force stop (in phone settings) and then restart the app.

5. It's very hit or miss with being able to watch a show, sometimes it will load, sometimes it will buffer forever, and sometimes it will say there is an error with the playback.

6. Also your ads are way too much , there are people that works and would like to watch a show for an hour before hitting the bed.

7. OXYGEN has one of my favorite shows on their program and it sucks that I have to usually go watch it elsewhere due to the continuous skip that the app seems to do.

8. If you can actually watch a show, once you get towards the end, it will start skipping and you can miss big chunks of it.

9. Also if you rewind even a few seconds you'll have to watch 7 ads all over again!! Fix the most important bugs and maybe you'll get people to stay.

10. I can watch shows, via Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., under the exact same conditions and without any problems.

11. But on the app, I barely can go 30 seconds after starting a show and the video will freeze and stop working altogether.

1. Fix Oxygen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Oxygen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Oxygen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oxygen" » Open Oxygen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Oxygen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oxygen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oxygen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oxygen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Oxygen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oxygen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Oxygen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oxygen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Oxygen not working

2. Fix Oxygen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Oxygen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Oxygen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Oxygen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
