1. When I try to view things it makes me log back in and half the time it says error! it's very frustrating! Wish they would fix all the glitches but don't think they seem to care as long as you are able to eventually pay your bill on it.So is this whole issue with the + button ever gonna get fixed?! I tap on it to view my plans&equipment info or my other charges and it takes forever to pop up, but not only that, when it does pop up, the info flashes on the screen then goes away in a nano second.

3. It looks like I need to go back to paper invoicing.I've been a Sprint customer for 20 years straight and never switched to another carrier.
4. I update my apps often.I've been using this app for years and never had a problem with it.
5. Since they merged with T-mobile, the service has been awful! Even trying to log into this app now is a pain in the butt! It's ao frustrating and spins constantly.

7. Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 Update: per the instructions from the developer, I've deleted and re-download the new version from the Google Play Store, & I'm still experiencing the same issue.

10. OAN:Customer service is so stuck on the script they are given to handle us, that they don't take the time to listen to and understand what I'm telling them.
