1. When I try to view things it makes me log back in and half the time it says error! it's very frustrating! Wish they would fix all the glitches but don't think they seem to care as long as you are able to eventually pay your bill on it.So is this whole issue with the + button ever gonna get fixed?! I tap on it to view my plans&equipment info or my other charges and it takes forever to pop up, but not only that, when it does pop up, the info flashes on the screen then goes away in a nano second.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Sprint Issues

1. Fix My Sprint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Sprint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Sprint App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Sprint" » Open My Sprint » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Sprint » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Sprint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Sprint servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Sprint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Sprint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Sprint might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Sprint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Sprint then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Sprint not working


2. Fix My Sprint Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Sprint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Sprint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Sprint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
