2. Next, select the store you’d like—you can choose based on past visits, your location, or the shortest wait—and tap “Join the lineup. ” Then, choose which Stylist you’d like for your visit, and for any guests who may be with you.

4. The Sport Clips app allows you to see wait times at stores near you, select your store and Stylist, and join the lineup from anywhere.
5. Once you join the lineup, our Haircut Tracker will give you a live play-by-play of how long your estimated wait time is, how many people are ahead of you, and your Stylist’s status.
6. Enable location services so we can seamlessly check you in when you arrive with our Geofencing check-in, making your entry to the store efficient and contactless.
7. Clips stores near you and get in line while you go about your day. - Choose your Stylist: Did you love your last precision haircut?
8. You can also let a Stylist know you’ve arrived instead, or enter your phone number in the kiosk in the store to check in.

1. It loops back to tell me that the time has changed do I still want to check-in, again I confirm yes.
2. I receive a notice that the wait time had changed and asks if I still want to check in.
3. Also, supposed to get a little grace period when going to the location after the online check-in, but we were kicked out of cue when 10 minutes late, while I have been present for a registration lasting for much longer.Poor Customer Service Experience.
4. again, this helps with a more accurate timer.App is OK for finding Sport Clips location, and having a general idea of the waiting time.
5. The app works fine to find a location, see the wait time, and/or sign in ahead of time.
6. Either there a lot of other people checking in at the same time I am or every time I select to check in, the system records my request but loops in the app.
7. However, lately it loops without setting a check-in time.
8. If you want to improve it? Let people schedule the times they want a haircut instead of just hoping they make it in time.
9. I'd check in with my preferred stylist and it would switch to another or cancel at times while I was driving and then I'd have to just wait again.
10. I believe that it is possible that the time is changing due to my check-in.
11. But a major problem is that the login is not stored, so you have to login every time you are ready for another visit.
