1. I'm sure there are worse apps in the world but this is impressively bad.Sending invites to friends doesn't work and needs to be fixed ASAP.

2. Absolutely do not download or trust this app with your data, they aren't responsible, they are mining youUnable to sign up for Volo online (which would be more secure).. Forced to download app.

3. App has crashed twice in the 5 minutes I've been trying to find the league/team manually.The app is functional but it asks for a log in each time you want to use it without the ability to use fingerprint or a pin number or anything quicker.

4. Bottom line is this app does not focus on users needs but acts as a tool for Volo to market & make money.

6. Why can strangers see my email and phone number without my consent? Just because you put them on my team doesn't mean they get that info.

7. My constructive feedback is fix your invite system.Link sent by teammates just keeps opening play store, can't actually sign up.

8. Can't view events without signing up (including providing phone number and home address!).

9. App is geared toward marketing additional leagues and is designed for signing up and gathering information more than providing helpful information/updates for your team/league.

10. Volo Pass seems to be a ripoff if you are not doing leagues constantly and shouldn't be pushed onto users.This app is pretty bad.

11. How am I supposed to interact with a QR code ON MY PHONE SCREEN?? My email address has a period in it.

1. Fix Volo Sports Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Volo Sports: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Volo Sports App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Volo Sports" » Open Volo Sports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Volo Sports » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Volo Sports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Volo Sports servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Volo Sports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Volo Sports app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Volo Sports might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Volo Sports. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Volo Sports then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Volo Sports not working

2. Fix Volo Sports Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Volo Sports be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Volo Sports not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Volo Sports may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
