ClipClaps Customer Insights

1. My hubby got already 2 withdrawals rejected!I request for withdrawl on 30th May but ot still processing.... and also customer service is not working.. continuously saying failed to proceed request... according to my experience its a scam.. there is no money and no any team to guide us or motivate us going to uninstall this..Kinda sad cause at first it was a good app.

2. I have around 15 doller on my account but they rejected my withdrawal 2 times showing the reason irregular activity...I've been trying to withdraw several times but it keeps on declining my request.

3. Please fix.This apps only paid you 1st time then always rejectected your payment...It will waste your time a lot...This apps show you 3 doller in quick time but to reach 10 doller for withdrawal, you need to spend 9 to 12 months.

4. Sadly ill be uninstalling it.Bad apps, i want to withdraw my money $15.00 to my account, but i got rejected, with all payment method.

5. Very dissapointedI hope you will add other ways to withdraw the collected funds.. I have collected 20 dollars, but I don't have PayPal to withdraw it, please add Binance or any other wayI dont know what happened.

6. Don't know where to seek assistance or this app is not paying anymore.Only 0,10$ withdrawal was quickly available on my PayPal account with no issues.

7. This app used to payout and support used to respond but now the payouts get rejected and you cannot contact support.

8. Moreover customer service does not allow to send message or reports for issues.

9. It was kinda ok before, but totally not worth anymore.It was ok before but now withdrawals take too long if it do not fail.

10. The updates on the withdrawals take too long before being posted,with as much as 1 week discrepancy on it logs.

11. Reach out to [Me]- [Support] but the message I sent always failed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ClipClaps Issues

1. Fix ClipClaps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ClipClaps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ClipClaps App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ClipClaps" » Open ClipClaps - Find your interest » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ClipClaps » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ClipClaps - Find your interest app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ClipClaps servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ClipClaps - Find your interest" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ClipClaps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ClipClaps might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ClipClaps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ClipClaps then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ClipClaps not working


2. Fix ClipClaps Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ClipClaps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ClipClaps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ClipClaps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have played videos, played games and accumulated coins of which I bought USD $20 with but now I can not cashout via either paypal or airtime vouchers. When trying to cash out , the request keeps pending until maybe after 12 days I get a declined notification. They always quote that suspicious activity was detected but I did not do anything against their rules. I have sent many queries to support to no avail, they just wait for your ticket to expire and notify you with a sorry try again email. I have requested more than 5 times with the same outcome. Please assist, if not at least give me closure and tell me the exact reason why so that I do not waste my data and precious time on the app!

  • UNABLE TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO UPDATES REGARDING MY PENDING WITHDRAWAL. KEPT ASKING TO PUT IN EMAIL TO THEY CALLED "SUPPORT" BUT NO VERIFICATION CODE BEING SENT. EVERYTIME I CLICK THE WITHRAWAL OPTION, IT PROMPTS WITH FRAUD WARNING. IF THEY HAVE PROVED THAT SOMEONE DOING SUCH ACTIVTIES, THEY SHOULD INFORM THE PLAYER AND SUSPEND THE ACCOUNT.
