Why should I report an Issue with Translate All - Translator?

1. 👎👎It should be illegal for an app like this to send you pop-up ads which block the whole screen while you are using your phone for other things, like taking photos, sending messages, etc.

2. I don't mind ads when using an app, but these ads are blocking the phone when the app is not in use.Worked alright with the text to speech, however I uninstalled due to the fact that it started popping up ads within other apps.

3. the problem is how can you hold a conversation with someone and try to translate it if an ad pops up every single time you touch anything on the screen my very first time opening this app and testing it out I was faced with an ad.

4. It creates full screen popup ads every few minutes that block 100% of the phone, even with the app closed and if you're not online for any reason.

5. I uninstalled this app about as fast as I downloaded it... there are just WAY TOO MANY ADS! Every time you translate a phrase, you get one or two annoying popup ads.

6. The reason I am giving a lower score is because the app caused pop-up ads when I was using the phone.

7. I had to go to the Verizon Store to have them help me with what I thought was a virus, and they showed me that what was ruining my phone was just this Translate All app.VERY HARD TO USE.

8. I'm fine with an app having ads, I expect it in free versions, but the limit should be when the app is in use.I downloaded this app to help translate at my job.

9. I don't mind ads that are in an app like banners or links, but when they pop-up and take over my screen when I'm not using the app, it's too much.

10. The 5 star rating advert came up after four perfectly translated "texts", but their in app, on screen microphone isn't working and no solution.

11. It is very annoying and because of it Im going to uninstall it and look for something else.this looks like it has the potential to be an amazing app to open up that communication barrier between people of different languages.

1. Fix Translate All Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Translate All: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Translate All App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Translate All" » Open Translate All - Translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Translate All » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Translate All - Translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Translate All servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Translate All - Translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Translate All app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Translate All might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Translate All. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Translate All then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Translate All not working

2. Fix Translate All Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Translate All be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Translate All not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Translate All may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
