1. Would give five stars but could use a couple small improvements - a "search by date" option would be good, and the abiloty to enter a "distance from" a certain location, rather than being confined to a specific city.

2. The search function only searches for artists and often doesn't work, you can't search specific dates for a location, and the UI is annoying.

3. Second, after I spend time scrolling to a specific date I need at a location I need, as soon as I click on an event or open another app to look up the artist, it all goes back to the current date.

4. Only gives notification for concerts near the location you pick, instead of notification that the artist is going to tour, so that a person can see what locations may work best for them, even if the options aren't close to the chosen location on the app.

5. Desktop allows to do extended location search notifications but doesn't tell you how far the extended location search is.

6. It also doesn't really help you track artists; you basically have to look up each artist individually in the app to see what concerts they're having.

7. Then another gripe i have is that if you use Spotify and wish to track artists associated with your account, it will recommend everything that was played on your account, even if it was music played by your friends and family.

8. When I just write in my city, it gives me local shows but doesn't filter for music tastes or anything like that.

9. My only complaint is that when I'm in the Artists tab, if I tap on an artist to see their upcoming shows, when I hit the back arrow it goes to the top of the list instead of where I was.

10. I'll travel anywhere to see the artists I want, this app is very limited and limiting.I find this app to be extremely useful when tracking artists that I might want to see playing live.

11. So I'd rather not scroll through all the bands I like and the locations when they're all going to be in Germany or Europe or someplace and may never come to the u.s. So the feature would be 'don't show me locations that are more than say 500 miles away' or somethingGood concept.

1. Fix Songkick Concerts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Songkick Concerts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Songkick Concerts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Songkick Concerts" » Open Songkick Concerts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Songkick Concerts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Songkick Concerts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Songkick Concerts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Songkick Concerts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Songkick Concerts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Songkick Concerts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Songkick Concerts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Songkick Concerts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Songkick Concerts not working

2. Fix Songkick Concerts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Songkick Concerts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Songkick Concerts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Songkick Concerts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
