1. CANCELLEDI should have read this before I downloaded and entered the code! It seems there's been multiple problems with Android and the system I run an Android 12 on a new tablet device I just got to run around by the contact ! When I try to watch a concert I turn it sideways for the full view on auto-rotate and it keeps flipping back and forth and I don't have any problem with any of my gaming or any other app device for auto-rotate it's only this qpp! So.plz fix itThis new app sucks.

2. Android version has been corrected!! Thank you thank you and resubbing!! They corrected the tracks and resume and it's looking and functioning great!! New app sucks!! Can't resume or jump to track.

3. The app needs some work in terms of the 'Search' bar, as it keeps going to the main menu, everytime I add 2 letters.The transition from Stingray Qello to Qello Concerts removed all curated playlists, a major reason why I have subscribed.

4. Why were they advertising 69$ for Canadians and charge in US currency? Not happy at all.. regarding the service, I like the android tv support, and catalog is getting better, but I am having lag when playing concerts (I have 60mb as internet speed).

5. There seems to be be far less content too.I fell for the 7 day trial scam.. couldn't find a place to cancel the subscription before the trial was over.

6. Tech support says they no longer support app on "old" Sony Bravia TV's and deny they don't remove concerts.

7. Not only major parts of content have been removed, also the app has lost most functionality.

8. I purchased the annual subscription, which was going for half price - sadly, it's not worth £9.99pm for its limited content.

9. On Android phone (pixel 3 XL) can't access my account or save concerts to "my Q".

10. Every video I tried to watch would freeze at approx 1 minute or less, requiring backing out of app then returning and pressing play again.

1. Fix Qello Concerts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Qello Concerts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Qello Concerts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qello Concerts" » Open Qello Concerts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qello Concerts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Qello Concerts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qello Concerts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qello Concerts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Qello Concerts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qello Concerts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Qello Concerts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qello Concerts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qello Concerts not working

2. Fix Qello Concerts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Qello Concerts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Qello Concerts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Qello Concerts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
