I am unable to connect to my inverter. I have scanned the QR code on the side of the box as instructed; but it tells me to "Move the inverter red ON/OFF/P switch to the 'P' position and release within 2 seconds". There is no 'P' position on my switch: just ON and OFF. I tried turning it off and on again but it still can't connect.
I had my solar panels connected on Monday 18th July; the installers explained that the app was collecting production data from that point. However, mySolarEdge only shows production data from the time I first logged in, which was Monday 25th July at 12-noon. How can I see the first week of data?
