1. The backgrounds aren't as pretty anymore, and there appears to be way more stars than diary entries... But you can't open them? Maybe 10% of my entries show and can be clicked on & opened and the rest are just... Stars.

2. Although, it would have been more convenient if the developer can put an animation for the diary turning into a star or it just glimmers or even put a sound effect when the diary turned into one, had hard time looking for the diary I just wrote as I had to click the stars one by one.

3. Love that it reminds you twice a day to write a diary entry; also have to get the sequence right to open the app so nobody looks at your personal stuff.

4. The music gets you in the vibe of writing your own life story.❤️ The only bug I've encountered is having to click multiple times on the stars to open an entry.

5. This app is incredible for a phone app diary, I highly recommend!!Okay, apparently the glitch of all entries being deleted is a common thing.

10. Maybe too many stars in the sky? I had it all backed up this time, but the entries were still blank after restore.

11. Update: I've been having trouble backing up my entries, and have reached out several times for help to fix it with no response.

1. Fix Stars Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stars Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stars Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stars Diary" » Open Stars Diary – Journal, Mood, N » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stars Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stars Diary – Journal, Mood, N app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stars Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stars Diary – Journal, Mood, N" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stars Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stars Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stars Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stars Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stars Diary not working

2. Fix Stars Diary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stars Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stars Diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stars Diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
